Project Guide:

Your project assignment is to design a sustainable daily habit to accomplish something you have been wanting to do. I will walk you through the following milestones that are essential to creating a habit and making it stick:

  1. Identify your new keystone habit
  2. Choose an existing anchor habit as your new trigger
  3. Choose a reward for completing your habit
  4. Choose a reminder
  5. State your implementation intentions
  6. Make your habit easy to start by identifying your small wins
  7. Identify your loopholes and closers
  8. Modify your environment
  9. Choose a habit tracking approach and tool
  10. Select an accountability system
  11. Evaluate your results
